Beta terms

Berg Recall Desk is a free invited beta operated by Berg App LLC. It provides a private watchlist, limited searches of public U.S. CPSC recall notices, and your own review/action history.

Use and eligibility

You must be an adult authorized to manage the information you enter. Keep your recovery key private and provide only the connector token to services you authorize. Do not bypass quotas, attack the service, upload illegal content or attempt to access another account. Beta access is limited and may be suspended for abuse or operational reasons.

Understand the limitations

This service is supplementary recall research, not certification of safety, a complete recall registry, professional advice or emergency assistance. All matches are possible matches. Missing results, stale data and incorrect or incomplete source data are possible. Verify applicability and remedy instructions with the issuing agency and manufacturer. A search with no candidates does not mean a product is safe. A saved resolution is your report, not independent verification.

The beta does not cover vehicles/VINs, food, drugs, all product safety warnings or every jurisdiction. It does not send push/email alerts or guarantee a refresh time. CPSC and Meta do not endorse this service.

Your records and rights

You retain rights in your notes and grant Berg permission to process and store them to provide the service. You may export and delete your records through account controls. We may limit or end the beta; when practical, we will provide an opportunity to export records. Third-party services you choose, including Muse, have separate terms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available without a promise that all defects or notices will be detected. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material policy changes will be shown on this website. No payment subscription is activated by using the beta.
